Martina Logan
Director
What excites me most about theatre is its inherently collaborative spirit. As a director, I strive to create a rehearsal environment where everyone—actors, designers, and crew—feels like a valued part of the process. I believe in fostering a strong sense of community, where actors feel empowered to explore, take risks, and fully invest in their characters, knowing their voices will always be heard. This collaborative energy is the heart of my creative approach, and it's where the magic happens.
